1. The service
Compass helps you discover places, explore cities, and plan trips. Its content is informational and does not replace official information from authorities, carriers, emergency services, or partners.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting access to your account. You may not use Compass unlawfully, interfere with the service, bypass restrictions, or infringe the rights of others.
3. Trips and safety
Distances, timing, weather, opening hours, prices, and transport availability can change. Verify important details with official sources and consider your health, weather, and local rules. Compass is not an emergency service.
4. Third-party services
When you continue to a hotel, carrier, taxi, eSIM, or other partner, your agreement is with that provider. Payment, refunds, cancellation, service quality, and data processing are governed by the provider’s terms.
5. Content and rights
The Compass interface, editorial content, collections, and other materials are protected by applicable law. Your content remains yours; you permit us to process it technically only to provide the features you request.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep Compass available and useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy of third-party data. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” and decisions should not rely solely on Compass informational content.
7. Ending use
You may stop using Compass and delete your account at any time. We may restrict access when these terms are violated, security is threatened, or the law requires it.
8. Changes and contact
